REFUND POLICY

GENERAL REFUNDS

Please note we do not accept change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

For all returns or refunds, please email us first at hello@ugroom.com.au.  You will need to pay return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable – if you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of the product/s only, not the order amount including shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow within 7 -14 days for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
